Data Deletion Request

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line “Data deletion request.” We may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request. This is the fastest way to have all of your data removed.

If you are signed in, you may also be able to remove projects or close your account from your account settings. Using the email request above guarantees a complete deletion of the personal data we hold for you.

On a verified request we delete the personal data we hold about you — your account profile, login credentials, projects, punch-list items, photos/attachments you uploaded, and electronic-signature records — and we disconnect any connected third-party accounts so we no longer access data on your behalf.

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Some information may persist in routine backups for a limited period before they are overwritten on their normal cycle.
